K-infra

FIRST: The object of this agreement is to allow for the secured access by the participant to materials developed by K-Infra in relationship with the course delivered to you by K-Infra, which aim is to prepare you to take the corresponding exam.

SECOND. K-INFRA has provided the participants of the course with a copy of the course materials (“the Training Materials”) and will deliver to them a digital copy of the power point materials in a pdf document. This information and documents are to be regarded confidential information and subject to intellectual property protection. Hence, the Participant:

1. Acknowledges that the information already provided or to be provided by K-INFRA is Confidential Information.
   
   It will be considered confidential information any copy or document delivered by K-Infra except that information that is property of the WBG and other MDBs (i.e. the original version of the PPP Certification Guide) and the APMG example exam.
   
   
2. Commits not to modify, transmit, share, distribute, reuse or use any part of the Training Materials for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

The results of this activity will not be published after you answer.
